Please be advised that on Monday July 20, 2020 Township of Stone Mills crews will be commencing with road reconstruction on County Rd 15 from civic address 1991 to just south of civic address 1438 (approximately 2km north of the Landfill Site to approximately 1km south of the Landfill Site)
This work generally consists of drainage improvements (ditching & culverts), adding granular material and road resurfacing.
Some tree clearing and site preparation has already commenced and will continue through the week of July 13, 2020.
A community consultation session was held on September 12, 2019 at Napanee Town Hall (124 John St., Napanee) in regards to Schedule B Class Environmental Assessment (EA), County Road 1 (Bridge Street) and County Road 2 (Dundas Street) Intersection Redesign.

Diggin' Downtown Napanee - PHASE 3
Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances the Forest Mills Bridge closure scheduled to start today had been delayed. This bridge remains open and will not be closed until Monday June 3, 2019.
Please be advised that National Structures has been contracted by the County of Lennox & Addington to rehabilitate the Forest Mills Bridge on County Rd 12 in Greater Napanee.
Please be advised that Coco Paving has been contracted by the County of Lennox & Addington to rehabilitate County Rd 2 in Loyalist Township, from Morven Creek Bridge (just west of Fralick Road), easterly to County Rd 4 (Roundabout). The rehabilitation generally consists of drainage improvements (ditching & culverts), removal of existing asphalt, and re-paving including paved shoulders.
Effective Monday, May 1st, the intersection of Dundas Street and Centre Street and the intersection of Dundas Street and Robert Street will be closed to traffic. This is required to facilitate the set-up and operation of the required pumping equipment so crews can install the new sanitary, storm, and watermains within the block. The underground work is scheduled to be completed mid-June. The surface restoration work will follow immediately afterwards with the intent to re-open the intersections prior to the July 1st (Canada Day) weekend.
The County of Lennox & Addington and the Town of Greater Napanee are pleased to announce that Len Corcoran Excavating (LCE) has been chosen as the contractor for Phase 1 of the Dundas Street Reconstruction Project, otherwise known as “Diggin’ Downtown Napanee”.
