Helping County & Municipalities Work Collaboratively on Your Roads
The County’s annual capital construction program is developed in consultation with the County Technical Advisory Committee-Roads and Bridges (TAC). TAC’s membership is comprised of County staff (Manager, Roads & Bridges, Operations & Development and Construction Technologists, and Director, Financial & Physical Services) and the road authority managers from each local municipality.
The TAC committee also serves as a forum to review County road operational issues and matters of interest to both the County and local municipalities.
TAC meets 6 times per year and meeting minutes are provided to County Council in its regular monthly meeting agenda.
