PELASS is participating in Ontario’s first homeless enumeration count in Canada

Prince Edward-Lennox & Addington Social Services (PELASS) is participating in Ontario’s homeless enumeration, the first province-wide count of its kind in Canada.

From May 6th – 13th, PELASS will be completing a local homeless enumeration through a Period Prevalence Count. The count will be managed by PELASS and will be done in collaboration with a range of community partners and stakeholders including food banks, shelters, health care providers, indigenous organizations, schools and churches.
