It's sure to be an informative edition of ‘Tuesday Night at the Museum’ at the Lennox & Addington County Museum & Archives in Napanee! On September 19th at 7pm, photographer and author Steve Manders will present "The Earliest Transportation and Communications in Lennox and Addington County."

Steve's presentation will cover the early railways, tramways, colonization roads, earliest highways, and logging routes.   This presentation will reveal what was there 150 years ago and what remains today.  It is a study of special dynamics, how our transportation systems evolved with time and impacted on the local economy. Steve’s book "The First Spike" is available at the Museum for $39.50 which includes 232 pages, and over 450 colour photos.

Admission is only $3 and tickets are available at the door. 'Tuesday Night at the Museum' is a monthly feature at the L&A County Museum & Archives, located at 97 Thomas Street East in Napanee.
