GIP Paving Inc. has been awarded MTO contract 2023-4030 on Hwy 401 East & West bound lanes stretching from 5.4km West of Marysville Road (I/C 566) at Wyman Road Easterly to Wilton Road/County Road 6 (I/C 599).

Public Notice of Pesticide Use for Roadside Weed Control

The County of Lennox & Addington and its Lower Tier Municipalities (Township of Addington Highlands, Town of Greater Napanee, Loyalist Township and Township of Stone Mills) have engaged the services of Wagar & Corput Weed Control Inc. for the application of herbicide to control vegetation at all guiderail locations, and to control noxious weeds along the municipally owned right of ways. This pesticide use falls under Public Works Exception of the Cosmetics Pesticides Ban for the promotion of public health or safety.

Notice of Construction - County Road 7, Loyalist Township

 

Please be advised that GIP Paving Inc. has been contracted by the County of Lennox & Addington to rehabilitate County Road 7 between County Road 2 and the CN Tracks.

The reconstruction involves ditching, drainage improvements, concrete curb and re-paving asphalt pavement.

To facilitate the work, traffic will be reduced to one lane in multiple locations with the use of flag personnel.
