PELASS’ network of subsidized housing units include family, senior and single adult units.
A variety of subsidized housing exists to try to best meet your specific housing needs.
You’re eligible for subsidized housing (with rent calculated at 30% of the household’s income) if you:
- Have a low income or
- Have no income but are pursuing income or are attending school
You may be placed on a waitlist. If so, assistance may be available for some applicants while they wait for subsidized housing.
