The following health care providers are merging patient records into one electronic health record system:

Attendance at the Court House

Courts are reopening in phases to ensure the necessary health and safety precautions are in place  The public are encouraged not to attend the court house unless they have matters before the court.

Screening for COVID-19 is mandatory.  You can complete online screening before going to the court house and show the result as you enter. Take COVID-19 courthouse screening

If you do not screen online other screening options are available at the court house.

Why not try a summertime storytime?  School is back in session so, whether you choose to read at home or in class, it is good practice to acclimatize your children to small doses of reading and learning now, to make the transition to classes run smoothly.

Phased Library Reopening

We're pleased to announce that on August 19th, County Council approved the Library's Reopening Plan.

The initial reopening plan has select branches of the County of Lennox & Addington Libraries reopening to the public beginning September 1st and will be delivered over several phases:

 

Phase 1 (Week of September 1st)

• Open Amherstview and Napanee fully to the public for limited hours five days per week

This show represents a selection of favourite cartoons as well as the Canadian Community Newspaper Award winners. They have all appeared in the pages of the Napanee Beaver sometime between 2003 and 2020.

While many of these cartoons have been inspired by life in Greater Napanee, they could have been inspired by life in any one of a number of small towns. If you have ever lived in a small town you will undoubtedly recognize situations and characters portrayed here.

New, Semi-Permanent Exhibit On Display.

This long narrow strip of country that we call home has many stories to tell. Shaped through its history, geography, people, towns and industries, this exhibit promotes a feeling of belonging as it introduces you to the significance of Lennox and Addington County. 
 
This historical journey through the County will answer questions about what, where, why, and how the County came to be and explore the diversity ofthe land and life in Lennox and Addington today.
