Product Development – January 30, 2018 & February 13, 2018

The two-day Creating Memorable Experiences program will guide tourism operators through the various stages of designing successful tourism experiences, which are geared toward their best potential customers. The program offers guidance along with many resources for developing your product, understanding the fundamentals and logistics of experience design and will cover ways to develop alliances and partnerships.

The workshop is ideal for those looking to expand and develop new markets and those wishing to have new product available for returning guests. At the end of the two-day session, participants will have developed new experiences, which are ready to take to market.
