The County of L&A Libraries have scheduled five great events that are taking place during March Break. Each of these events are free and registration is not required. Drop in for some fun! See below for further details. 

Maker Madness in Amherstview

Visit from the Dino Lady

Tuesday, March 12 at 10:30am - Bath Branch Library (197 Davy Street, Bath)

Join Betsy Cotton, the Dino Lady, and learn some interesting facts about dinosaurs, hear some amazing stories, play some games and make a craft.

Sisters of the Drum

Thursday, March 14 at 10:30am - Tamworth Branch Library (1 Ottawa Street, Tamworth)

Join Sisters of the Drum for a hands-on workshop exploring Aboriginal music with shakers, songs and stories. 

STEM Play Everyday

Saturday, March 16 at 10:30am - Yarker Branch Library (4315 County Road 1, Yarker)

This is science presentation geared for school-aged children. Lots of "magic" tricks will be shown…but is it science or is it magic? We’ll make learning fun and interactive with hands-on experimenting, innovative projects and by exploring the world around us.
