On Thursday, October 26th at 7pm, visitors are invited to a new exhibit opening and talk at the Lennox & Addington County Museum & Archives in Napanee. Those in attendance will hear from long-time L&A County artist Tim Nimigan, as he unveils his exhibit entitled "Reflect: 40 Years of Art Making in L&A County".

The evening will have a distinctly rural feel. If you live in Lennox & Addington, there will be a familiarity to what you see - whether it is because of places you have been, people you have known or things that you have seen or used. Artist Tim Nimigan captures the feel and culture of an area that has been his home for the past 44 years. The show will explore a variety of subject matter including still-life, landscape and portraiture using a wide variety of media. While Tim’s style has usually been quite representational, look for those flashes of creativity within that style and beyond.

"Reflect: 40 Years of Art Making in L&A County" will be on display at the Museum & Archives until December 8th.

This event is proudly presented by the Lennox & Addington County Museum & Archives, located at 97 Thomas Street East in Napanee. Admission is only $3 person and tickets are available at the door. Find out more by visiting www.CountyMuseum.ca or call 613-354-3027.
