Whether you are introducing kids to the joys of reading, organizing a community event, or looking for support as a homebound user —we welcome the opportunity to connect with you!

Class Visits

We'll come to you, or you can come to us -- click here to arrange a visit by library staff to your daycare, school, or camp. Share our enthusiasm as we describe a variety of books for different age groups and interests, and hear about programs we offer that suit your audience.

Community Events

Invite us to your community event and we'll show you what the library has to offer. We gear our information and display to your event audience. We are equipped to handle all sorts of events—indoors or outdoors—and we welcome opportunities to offer storytimes or crafts. Call us at 613.354.4883 to arrange.

Books by Mail

Can't access the library in person? We can either send you books by request or we can choose books we think you will enjoy. This service is intended for patrons who have limited mobility, illness, unreliable transportation or who are temporarily homebound. In other words, if you can't physically make it to one of our library branches, we can work with you to keep you well supplied with library materials for as long as necessary.

Seniors Housing

We work with seniors centres and long-term care homes to set up special lending programs for residents. If you would like to set up a library program at your facility, give us a call at 613.354.4883.
