Beyond Books
Using your library card, you have the opportunity to borrow way more than books.
Most people know that libraries loan books to patrons, but if you haven’t visited your local library recently you may be surprised to learn that we offer so much more than books.
The following are some of the non-tradition collections that users can borrow from using their Lennox & Addington library card. If you don't have a card, you can get the ball rolling here.
We have family passes available to a variety of Museums and other educational attractions located both near and far! Passes must be picked up at the Napanee or Amherstview Branches and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Each pass has its own borrowing stipulations. Overdue fees charged at $1 per day. Please call the attraction you plan to visit in advance -- we're not always informed of their closures or policy changes, and we don't want you to be disappointed!

Whether you are someone interested in trying a new hobby, or just exploring what musical instruments are available, this collection presents users with a great opportunity to expand their musical abilities without having to make a significant investment. Most instruments were donated to the library from The Joe Chithalen Memorial Musical Instrument Lending Library (Joe’s M.I.L.L) in Kingston. This collection resides in the Bath Branch of the library but items can be delivered to the branch of your choice. Please note that, due to COVID-19, we have paused our music instrument lending program.
