Lennox & Addington County is seeking Pre-Qualification submissions from General Contractors for the construction of a new Ambulance Station. The station will be a post-disaster building with a mix of combustible and non-combustible construction, approximately 300 m2, single storey, sloped roof. It will be located on a rural serviced site (septic and well) just south of Centreville, on County Road 4.
Only General Contractors who submit a Request For Qualification (RFQ) submission and who, through the evaluation process, have been deemed pre-qualified will be permitted to participate in the Tendering Phase of this Project. RFQ Submissions must be received by Mar 31, 2018. The tentative tendering date will be in May, 2018.
