 Lennox and Addington’s workforce is one of the County’s most significant competitive advantages.  The County is home to 40,540 people, but is central to a population of over 400,000 and a labour force of over 220,000.  In fact, the County is part of the largest labour catchment area in Eastern Ontario – outside of Ottawa.
