Residents and visitors to Lennox & Addington County have had the benefit of watching some of Canada’s finest athletes perform.  Local sport facilities have hosted the following provincial/national championships:

• Canadian Midget Fastball Championships – 4 times (1982, 1988, 1992, 2002)
• 2008 National Women's Under-18 Hockey Championship
• 2010 Ontario Men’s Curling Championship
• 2011 Canadian Junior Fastball Championship
• 2012 M&M Meat Shops Canadian Junior Curling Championship (coming in February 2012)
