The County of Lennox & Addington's Information Services department works with a number of provincial, federal, and community organizations who assist them in the delivery of quality library service. They include:
Ontario Ministry of Culture Provides an annual per household grant for public libraries
Southern Ontario Library Service (SOLS)
Service Ontario Provides grant funding for automated resources to assist the public in accessing provincial governmetn services.
Industry Canada Funds Community Access Program (CAP) providing free public internet access in rural public libraries.
Ontario Library Consortium (OLC) 26 library systems working together to provide/support effective library automation systems.
Department of Canadian Heritage and Parks Provides grant funding for summer jobs.
Ontario Trillium Foundation A source of funding for charities and not for profit organizations.
New Horizons for Seniors Provides grant funding for programs directed at and involving senior citizens.
Seniors Outreach Service (S.O.S.) Delivers library books for the Among Friends Program available for Napanee residents.
Kingston Early Literacy Committee Promotes early literacy in the community.
Lennox & Addington Resources for Children (LARC) Promotes early literacy and provides children's programming/services.
Rotary Club of Kingston Sponsors Library Card in Every Hand Program for Grade 1 students.
