Who can obtain a library card?

All residents of the participating townships and municipalities of the County of Lennox and Addington are entitled to free membership in the Lennox and Addington County Public Library.

Participating townships are: Town of Greater Napanee, Loyalist Township, and the Township of Stone Mills.

Members of the public who own property (i.e. vacation property, farm property, etc.) within the above municipalities are eligible for free membership and use of all library facilities. All library memberships are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of acceptance of each registrant's application.

Library cards are not transferable. The individual indicated on the library card is responsible for all library materials borrowed on his/her card whether authorized or not.
