The County of Lennox and Addington considers its employees to be the most important link in providing high quality and diverse services to the public in a consistent and professional manner. The County makes a dedicated effort to treat its employees fairly and equitably.

Provincial downloading continues to change the way we do business. Ontario Works, Social Housing, Land Ambulance and Provincial Offences now join traditional municipal services like the John M. Parrott Centre, Roads, Libraries, and Economic Development.

The areas of Human Resources service are recruitment and staffing, employee health and safety, compensation and benefits, attendance management, performance management, employee wellness, negotiating and administration of collective agreements, staff training and development and any other issues which affect the staff of the County.
